Identifying information stored in the visitor’s browser – cookies

UNOC3 registration forms are stored on a website located in France. This website uses a minimum number of technical cookies. The French Ministry of Europe and Foreign affairs is responsible for your personal data processing (https://www.diplomatie.gouv.fr/en/).

Personal data collected in forms 

UNOC3 French logistical organisation team is collecting personal data (name, e-mail address, phone number, gender, function) in the forms. In each data collection the mandatory data are mentioned. Data processing aims at contributing to ensuring the conference security.

The legal basis for data collection is consent. Data are registered and stored on structured digital files, with measures to ensure confidentiality. Personal data collection is kept to a minimum.

Data are communicated to services providers of the French UNOC3 logistical organisation team and their affiliates, with the same aim and with minimum necessary data. There will be no commercial use of those data. Data will be stored in the European Union (EU) for a maximum of 5 years.

You can access your own personal data, rectify them or ask for their erasure and exercise your right to data processing limitation. You may at any time withdraw your consent on the processing of your personal data. You may as well exercise your right to the portability of your personal data.
